Mei is an absolute gem. My mom purchased a ring a few days prior and loved it so much she wanted to get another to compliment it. We went in to get the other one and it just so happened to be my sister’s birthday. Mei helped my mom get her first ring so when we saw her there again we were so excited! She gave us the full princess treatment and we had such good conversation too! Definitely ask for Mei when you go she is just the sweetest angel and is so helpful and kind <3

Very poor customer service. I went in today to have a piece of their jewelry repaired (for the second time) a lady offered to help me as I asked where the room was to send out my repair (which goes to New York) she stated you need an appointment to have repairs done! I asked if I could just send it out myself and she said yes, go online. The body guard at the door looked at me and pointed to the sign posted out front and looked and me like I was stupid. Mind you there was not 1 other person in the whole store but me! I feel she could have given me a number or address or something but they could not be bothered with me.
I left and will never return. I have decided to have my repair done at any other jewelry repair store but there.

My husband and I have had over a 20 year relationship with Tiffany at this location Including buying our wedding set (My engagement ring, wedding band and his wedding band). For years, it was our go to for celebratory events, marking the memory of each of the births of our children w/ stacking rings in platinum and sapphires and intending them to be heirlooms. Previously service was impeccable. It was truly a luxury experience to just be in the store. I’m happy to pay a luxury price for a luxury experience, however this isn’t the case anymore. RecentlyI had my wedding set resized. I’m happy to pay for my service. Unfortunately, the expectations were not set upfront, and I received a less than thoughtful text message informing me of additional charges a week and a half later after dropping off my pieces. I’ve been preoccupied and unable to pick up my jewelry myself when it was ready, and my husband thoughtfully offered to pick it up. I called ahead to the general number since the store itself was not yet open. The lady on the phone assured me, she would note the file I spelled my husband‘s first and last name and informed him to bring his ID. Unfortunately, the team member at the store was not able to access or check these notes and had to call me an hour later while my husband was at the store. No one was rude, we received our jewelry. But the attention to detail and luxury experience is just not there anymore. This is what I would expect from a mid tier retailer not a luxury brand.
If you’re satisfied to simply pay for a label by all means by Tiffany’s. If you’re expecting a luxury experience shop elsewhere.

I have been a customer at Tiffany and Co since I was five years old. My grandfather would take me there every year on my birthday to get a new piece. When he passed away he left me a Tiffany and Co cake cutting set that was used at his and my grandmothers wedding and told me he wouldn’t be there in person but he would be there in spirit. As my wedding approaches I took the set to the store for cleaning as I have several times with my jewelry and was met by the rudest employee have encountered in a very long time. The woman at the front of the store stopped me and asked what I was there for. When I told her she said you need an appointment and we aren’t doing appointments till next week. I told her my fiancé and I are getting married soon and that it was very into get it back quickly. She responded well you won’t get it back on time and motioned for us to move from the door. This is not the service I expected for a prestigious brand.

I had a lovely experience at this Tiffany & Co yesterday! My client advisor, Willard, made my experience even better. I went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a necklace I had been eyeing for quite some time. Willard took his time and showed me all the different options.. letting me try them on too so I was sure to get the perfect one! Super happy with my experience and my purchase!
