  Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Bulgari Astinya Park My daughter purchased a necklace and the box was wrapped without the necklace inside and later we discovered that the item was missing as if it had been stolen When we contacted the branch we found no cooperation or concern regarding the issue and when we asked to review the cameras our request was completely ignored The employee who dealt with us was an Arabic speaking man with a black beard and his behavior was completely unprofessional A luxury brand at this level should have much better security credibility and customer service than this very disappointing experience and we will not repeat it

  Be careful when shopping at this Bulgari store in Istanbul. My purchase was gift-wrapped by the staff, but when I opened it at the airport, the box was empty. Extremely disappointing experience and not what you expect from a luxury brand. Always check your items before leaving the store

  Very bad would not recommend i got gift and suddenly to my surprise i got an empty box when i i was in tax free And tried to contact the manner ect no response nothing very bad would not recommended if you are planning on buying from bulgari go to different location and make sure to double check on your items .
