  You can't buy cosmetics by mail order. I recently received a package with only freebies, but not the products I paid for. I reported it, and they said it's impossible, they have great service, etc. The package was worth 200 cents. The lady said everything was correct, but unfortunately, I don't have those items. I reported everything, and it shows that my courier label is 0.70 cents, not 200 cents, and they still say everything is fine. Best regards. I don't recommend them. Zero service, it's simply a scam.

  The door man and security man was very rude. I've never encountered anything like that in any Chanel boutique in my live.

  Nydelig service!! Var så heldig å bli møtt av Phylicia som var helt fantastisk. Viste meg masse forskjellige vesker å hjalp meg til slutt med å kjøpe drømmevesken. 10/10! Kommer absolutt til å besøke butikken flere ganger!

  Loved this boutique especially Donya, the sales agent who was so charming and helpful. I got my first Chanel25 bag, very lucky to have it as it is the only one available. The advantage of buying here as a tourist is you get a tax free refund so it’s totally worth it to buy goods here. A must visit in the early morning when they open, you might get lucky 😊 They have a lot of displays too, so it’s nice to shop here.
