  Ordered jewellery online Revived email that I can come and collect it Came to the store but they don’t have enough stuff in the shop to give it to me Waited 1 hour and they asked me several times to get lost and wait. But they’re more than happy to accommodate new walk in customers. The most disappointing experience ever

  Had a really good experience, was sceptical visiting after seeing the reviews but Scarlett was amazing, so kind and helpful when I was stuck between two designs and not rushing me at all. I would ask for her when booking if you are scared you are going to get someone mean like in the reviews as she was very nice
