I had a disappointing experience at this boutique. I came in with a simple request regarding a cleaning kit, but the interaction felt cold and unhelpful. There was little effort to assist or suggest alternatives, and I found myself having to ask about basic options. I would have appreciated a more welcoming and service-oriented approach, this was not the level of attentiveness I would expect from a luxury boutique. A pity.

I had a wonderful experience at the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Harrods. They repaired my pendant and adjusted my earrings on two separate occasions, and each time the service was exceptional.
One of my earrings, unfortunately broke, but they repaired it beautifully with great care and craftsmanship.
The team was kind, attentive, and highly professional. A special thank you to Melva, who was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help me.
I’m already looking forward to coming back and making another purchase here.
I would strongly recommend ensuring that staff have a sufficient level of English, especially in customer facing roles. I have spent the whole morning trying to resolve this issue but no progress!
When I purchased my bracelet, I left it with the boutique to have the links shortened. When I returned to collect it, I explained to the staff member that it was a new purchase. However, she handed me only the bracelet and a small pouch containing the removed links. I then asked about the certificate, and she responded, “Oh, is it new?” She then went back and retrieved the box and accompanying items.
I wore the bracelet from the store, but when I checked the box next day, the links were missing. It appears that the pouch was not included when the box was prepared.
In addition, I did not receive anything other than the certificate and the bracelet case. When I purchased a smaller item previously, I was provided with additional items, including a cleaning tool.
Overall, I found the service to be very poor, and the staff member did not appear willing to assist and poor English. My experience has been very disappointing. Furthermore, I have tried calling the boutique, but no one is answering although the store is open!!!!

Came here with my wife and we were served by Farhod. He was extremely welcoming and professional. We felt very at ease with him and we thoroughly enjoyed the boutique experience. Thank you for showing us so many beautiful VCA pieces. We would definitely recommend Farhod if you are coming here! Thank you for the great experience. 👍🏼
