  Luxury jewelry store with a beautiful interior and very friendly staff. I received excellent service and felt truly welcomed. Definitely would love to come back again.

  Exceptional service at the New Bond Street boutique! I was impressed from the start by the lovely receptionist and the thoughtful hospitality while waiting. My consultant, Fatima, provided excellent guidance and made the entire process seamless. I’m thrilled with my new necklace—the perfect birthday treat for myself. This visit was much more pleasant and attentive than my previous one, and I’m so glad I returned. Thank you, Fatima, for making my birthday shopping so memorable.

  I received really but experience from the sales assistant today. He was very dismissive and rude to me but not towards my husband. Even though I had my jewellery on my account except one bracelet that my husband bought for me as a gift, he started insisting to transfer all of my jewellery from my account to my husband’s account without any justification or explanation. He thought the right person to have all my jewellery was a man , the husband. I stepped to the loo for a min and he actually had a chat directly with my husband and asked him if he wanted all the jewellery to be transferred to his account!!! I will leave the conclusion of his behaviour to each person who will read my review.
