  The SA, Gillian Swales was completely unhelpful and made dissapointing experience. After I made my purchase, she stopped responding to my messages regarding a potential repurchase and failed to update on what she promised. She explicitly said she would provide monthly updates on bag availability, but I never received a single update. Very disappointing experience!

  We were shopping around for ages looking for the perfect bag for my partners birthday. We found the perfect bag at Celine and Tzuhsuan L. made the purchase super easy and we got a fresh one from stock. We also got a fantastic deal with a gold plated necklace. Perfect gift sorted🙏🫡

  This is not really an outlet village but just a bunch of designer shops with little or no reduction in price. You may as well stick to the same shops on the high street for the small discount you get. Won't be going back.
