  Really poor customer service for a high end store. Three customers in the store and the bouncer on the door told us to wait outside until someone was free to serve us. It was v cold so we asked if we could wait inside. He said he wasn’t allowed. There were literally three customers in the store. It was Saturday afternoon. Nice staff when you get in - if you want to stand outside in the cold waiting for the bouncer to let you in. They clearly don’t understand that the customer experience starts before you enter. I suggest you try elsewhere.

  If I could give no stars for our experience today, I would have. My husband wanted to look at the mens department on the 2nd floor. As we approached the stairs the security guard rushed up behind us and told us we couldn't go upstairs without someone going with us, and as the other staff were busy we would have to wait. So we waited. I browsed the shoes and bags downstairs and nobody asked if they could help me with anything. It's like we became invisible or perhaps it was a test to see if we were serious (we were but they will never know that now). I noted that there were 2 male staff standing around including the security guy on the door who had told us to wait. I have no idea who were sales assistants and who weren't but after 15 minutes we walked out. That was a lost sale - my husband wanted to buy a t shirt but wanted to see it before he made the purchase. Was the poor attitude because we were casually dressed? I'd like to think not but who knows? But there are plenty of other places to spend our money where the customer service is not based on how the customer is dressed.
