  Wanted to buy a gift for my mum for organising the wedding and the staff completely ignored me, my husband and my grandma heading to the Chelsea store on my way to home now where they have more options and less lazy and brown noser staff.

  We wilden een ring passen maar zagen er waarschijnlijk niet 'rijk' genoeg uit. Ze stonden met 4 niks te doen en de aziatische vrouw die er werkt had duidelijk geen zin. Ik moest maar een afspraak maken...dat is dan een verloren klant :) .

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE, just go to the Tiffany’s on Old Bond St. Having my hotel near by I thought it would be nice to pop by and get my father’s watch fitted. I asked one lady if it was possible and a curly haired lady walks over and asked “what is the problem” I explained that my watch is slightly to big and I would love if they can just take out two links. Her first words to me “is that a Tiffany’s watch?” I was super shocked by the question, felt very confused and also very offended. She didn’t even ask to look at it before asking this question… then she proceeded to tell me to go to the other Tiffany’s because they don’t do repairs. When I get to the Old Bond Street they took me right in, also was very puzzled about how come they didn’t fix it there. AND when I told the incident they apologized for such rude behavior. Tiffany’s has always been and will be my jewelry of choice. My father who has recently passed always told me the blue box with the white ribbon represents quality and also longevity. But what I have always loved from the first time I have stepped foot in Tiffany’s, was the service and care. This person doesn’t not represent that at all. And should be reviewed by management. And if she is management of that store. Thank god selfridge has a name of their own to support that branch. To Salma (if that is your name) please read up on vintage Tiffany’s watches. It seems like you don’t even know your own products, store rules or how to even be a professional.

  Joe was outstanding , his care and dedication to the job was clear to see. Thanks for taking the time with us today for Kirby’s 30th. A credit to the company for sure !
