I shopped at this places twice and both times the experience was awful. Exhibit A: I bought a pairs of trousers, asked for alteration and delivery. After waiting for few days, I got a call from the shop, telling me the pair of trousers was not available any more so they didn’t post anything. I said, fine, let me just get a refund. You know what they told me? They said no, apparently I couldn’t get a refund unless I return the goods. While they didn’t even post anything to me in the first place, how funny! In the end I had to talk to their manager to get the refund. Exhibit B: I bought some clothes there and again asked for alteration and delivery. They used UPS for delivery, and the parcel never arrived. On the tracking page, the parcel we labelled as delivered to, I quote, “Locker”, at the address of “London, GB”. This is beyond ridiculous. Am I supposed to hunt for this mysterious locker across London? So I contacted the store. In the reply, they started by telling me that UPS, as their partner, is a globally recognised and reputable company. I cannot fathom how in the right mind someone would consider this defendable and why they felt obliged to defend UPS in the first place. So they think that UPS is a globally recognised and reputable company, such that delivering goods they sold to an arbitrary locker in London, is normal? Well then, I don’t think they even care at this point. Definitely don’t recommend.
