recently visited Fendi at Harrods and had a truly exceptional experience. The entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. A special mention to Leila and Dylan, who were both outstanding. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made all the difference. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful advice, and never made me feel rushed. Thanks to their care and attention, the whole experience felt relaxed, personal, and thoroughly enjoyable. Shopping there was an absolute pleasure, and I look forward to returning again soon.

No one picks up the phone. Have been trying to get a refund for exactly 30 days now and no one seems to be competent enough to process the item I did not end up picking up.
