- RRR RDec 15, 20241.0Well I’m lot sure how many Bvlgari shoppers read Google reviews, but if you’re reading this, go to a different location. The customer service was atrocious. I’ve gone to Bvlgari stores around the world and the customer service is out of this world, except for this location. We were passing by and wanted to get our rings cleaned. The older lady with dark hair and glasses said she wasn’t able to clean them since she was working alone. 1) there wasn’t anyone else in the store and 2) there was another sales associate at the other end of the store!
