  Very disappointed with my experience at the CELINE Bond Street flagship store. I visited regarding a quality issue with a pair of CELINE Triomphe sunglasses after the logo fell off during normal use, and was essentially told nothing could be done because they were purchased at duty free. For a luxury brand at this level, I expected far better customer service and product support. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be buying from this brand ever again.

  I had an incredible experience in this store. Rosana especially was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable, but all the staff I came across were wonderful to deal with. The store itself is beautiful, calm and inviting. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
