  If they do not provide a solution or refund, call the police, just as I did, and you will receive your money immediately. Refuse store credit if offered, as under consumer rights, you are entitled to receive a refund through the same payment method you used if you are not satisfied with the product. P.S. The manager, who looked like the Chucky doll, was incredibly rude.

  Not very welcoming, also the door men was very rude
