  I had such a wonderful experience at Max Mara on Strehlgasse in Zurich, thanks especially to Yanina. Her professionalism, attention to detail and genuinely thoughtful approach made the whole shopping experience absolutely delightful. Yanina listened carefully to what I was looking for, gave me excellent recommendations and helped me choose pieces that I truly love. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchases and very happy with my experience. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such professionalism with warmth and a great sense of style.   Very upset. I purchased a dress there for a special occasion today. Wanted to try it on at home with all my accessories before committing to it so I asked the shop assistant what the policy was on returns and exchanges before purchasing. She said it was 8 days for either option. When I got home and checked the receipt it said I can only exchange it. Really upset with this service as now I am stuck with an expensive dress that doesn’t work with the accessories I already have at home.
