  Best experience – shoutout to Michele! I went in to buy a Canada Goose down jacket and honestly didn’t expect much, but Michele completely changed that. He was super patient with me the whole time. Tried on multiple sizes, explained the differences between styles, and gave honest recommendations based on what I actually needed, not just the most expensive one. You could tell he knew his stuff and genuinely wanted me to get the right jacket. What really stood out though was how he treated my wife and friends while I was shopping. He made sure they were comfortable while waiting – got them seats, water, and chatted with them so they didn’t feel stuck. That kind of exceptional service is rare. Walked out with the perfect jacket and 3 happy people who didn’t have to suffer through shopping. If you need help with outerwear, ask for him. He’s the reason I’ll be back.

  J’ai passé le week-end dernier à Zurich. Il faisait très froid, alors je suis passé par hasard dans ce magasin. La boutique était bien rangé et lumineuse, le personnel (une jolie fille asiatique)nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de politesse. Mon expérience a été excellente. Même si je n’ai pas trouvé le vêtement que je cherchais au final, nous reviendrons certainement.
