  Als Stammkunde des Stammhause in LU mal vorbei am Flughafen, naja die Sales gelangweilt vor dem PC nicht mal ein Hallo oder solches 😂 geschweige den eine begrüssung zum glück muss ich meine Uhren hier am Flughafen Nicht kaufen :)

  Lovely boutique. The nice man treated us well and let us try on watches we were waitlisted at our AD. Only complaint was none of the ones we wanted were for sale :)

  Estuve el día 3 de julio visitando por trabajo Zúrich, y me acerqué a la boutique de Rolex en el aeropuerto de dicha ciudad, quería ver y probar un modelo que estaba en el escaparate de la boutique, el chico que me atendió ( con muy pocas ganas de trabajar ) poco educado, cuando le pedí poder probarme el reloj, simplemente me respondió, “que no estaba a la venta” …… y se marchó ! Me parece la actitud de una persona tremendamente mal educada y poco profesional, solo quería probar el modelo de reloj, soy cliente consumidor de piezas de lujo y en ningún caso ese tipo de perfiles deberían estar trabajando en una boutique como esa. Para los que consumimos lujo con frecuencia, la experiencia cliente es fundamental y desde luego JAMÁS compraría nada allí, siendo tratado de esa manera. Sé que nunca queréis vender piezas de acero. Una pena, y una vergüenza ser tratado así, solo por querer probar un reloj. Habéis perdido un cliente para siempre.

  Just bought a Rolex watch and I can’t say enough good things about Ms Tang at Zurich Airport. From the start she was super patient and never rushed me. Walked me through the whole lineup, explained the details, and gave honest recommendations on which dial face actually suits my style and wrist size best. You could tell she really knows the Rolex line inside out. The highlight was how she took care of my wife while I was shopping. She made sure she was comfortable the entire time, got her a seat and water, and even gave her a history of the watch’s heritage while we waited. She ended up enjoying it as much as I did – that’s exceptional service. I left with the perfect watch and a way better appreciation for it. Ms Tang made this purchase unforgettable.
