  Siendo de vacaciones por Lugano, hemos visitado la tienda de bucherer donde tuvimos la suerte para conocer a la señora Rosalba Di Bari que nos atendió con mucho cariño y con mucha profesionalidad, nos enseñó varios modelos que tenían disponibles ,agradecemos su tiempo,su conocimiento y también su paciencia y su amabilidad, seguramente la proxima visita no nos vayamos sin un reloj, un Abrazo Familia Luca !

  Drove from Venice to buy a watch. We are from Canada and has researched where to buy the watch we wanted only to be told they don't keep that watch in stock we would have to order it. No asking us to come in and look at other watches, just gave us a name of another shop.

  Sono cliente da qualche anno e, quando si tratta di acquistare un orologio, la mia scelta è sempre Bucherer.La differenza non sta solo nella qualità dei marchi proposti, ma soprattutto nel modo in cui il cliente viene accolto e seguito. Qui non ti senti un semplice acquirente: ti senti davvero importante. L’attenzione, la disponibilità e la cura che ricevi, sia durante l’acquisto sia nel servizio post-vendita, sono semplicemente impeccabili. Ogni visita è un piacere: mi sento sempre coccolata e seguita con grande professionalità. La competenza, la passione e l’eleganza del personale sono di un livello che, a mio parere, non ha paragoni con gli altri negozi della zona. Da Bucherer non si acquista solo un orologio di prestigio: si vive una vera esperienza di lusso, fatta di attenzione ai dettagli, fiducia e servizio eccellente.

  Went to bucherer Lugano last week to understand what would be the lead time for a lady date just for my godchild celebrating her 18th birthday later this year. Instead, bucherer tried to sell me on 4-8 fold priced Rolex watches - leave it or take it - ordering one would mean waiting for years. Looking into stock of possible similar lady date just watches within bucherere network was “impossible”… lead times anything between 1 and 3yrs to get the one I want. After having purchased several Rolex watches from Bucherer in the past, this was the “absolute no can do mentality” of the team of employees at this shop in lugano. Not interested to listen to the clients needs, trying to sell on product with way higher commissions and profits. I miss the old Beyer from the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich where purchasing a Rolex was a joy. Now it became pure frustration. I gave up Bucherer and by definition gave up Rolex. It seems they don’t need to worry, enough customers from Asia & Middle East still pass by to pay cash whatever is presented to them. Easy money… won’t ever return to this “no can do” business.
