  Ich war heute im Laden, um mir die Neuheiten anzusehen. Ich wurde von einer jungen französischen Verkäuferin sehr schlecht empfangen: arrogant, aggressiv und inkompetent. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren Kundin im Max Mara Store, und es ist inakzeptabel, dass ein solcher Laden Verkäuferinnen auf so niedrigem Niveau beschäftigt. Eine echte Katastrophe! Was für eine Schande! Und es ist schade, dass sie kein gutes Personal einstellen konnten. Das ist mein letzter Besuch! Ich rate keinem Kunden ab, diesen Laden überhaupt zu betreten.

  I have ordered two coats to pick them up from Basel store. I gave all my info to be informed when the coats arrived. After weeks there was no call or no email from the store. Yesterday I stopped by and wanted to learn the situation. The lady who was a very rude person said to me there is no such an order. There was no apology for this inconvenience. Then I wanted to order another coat. But that rude lady was like very unwilling to order my coat and satisfy my wish. I asked her guidance about the size. She said ‘I am not an expert.’ This is weird. If she is not, who is expert?? I am really disappointed with the service.
