  Got the call, although I missed the call. However, Mrs Markovic wrote me an email that my wife's OP 36 was ready for pick up. My wife and i called her the next day and made an appointment to pick up the watch. We had the best experience with Mrs Markovic! She was lovely, the service was incredible, we were offered the usual drinks and presented us the watch with utmost care and knowledge. At the end, she insisted on champagne to celebrate, gifted us Bucherer items and also took a picture of us with my wife wearing her brand-new Rolex OP 36. Thank you Bucherer, Rolex and of course Mrs Markovic for making our visit and purchase very memorable. Hope to see you again soon.

  I walked into Bucherer taking what felt like a shot in the dark—with far more hope than expectation that the pieces I wanted would actually be available, let alone imagining that my brother and I would both leave with pieces we loved. Then we met Edona. From beginning to end, she was warm, knowledgeable, gracious, and extraordinarily patient. And I do mean patient. Shopping with our family involves multiple opinions, changing minds, revisiting pieces we had already ruled out, and inevitably asking to see something “one more time.” Had I been our client associate, my patience may have expired several decisions earlier. Edona, thankfully, remained incredibly gracious throughout and never once made us feel rushed. What made this especially meaningful was that this became the third time my brother and I have purchased our watches together—a tradition very special to us. Once Edona learned about it, she genuinely wanted to help us preserve that tradition. What I had walked in believing was nearly impossible became another chapter in something my brother and I hope to continue for years. Our family ultimately selected several special pieces from Rolex and Cartier, but what happened at the end is what we will remember forever. Two very important members of our family weren't traveling with us—my sister, who couldn't make the trip, and my father, who has passed away. Edona surprised us with incredibly thoughtful gifts that somehow included both of them. It brought our family to tears. Then came an almost unbelievable coincidence. I have a lifelong quirk of eating with tiny spoons—something my family always teases me about and something we had never mentioned to Edona. Yet somehow, among her thoughtful surprises were the most perfect little mini spoons. My mother immediately recognized the coincidence and was just as delighted by it as I was. Edona couldn't possibly have known, which made an already emotional moment feel almost serendipitous. Beautiful watches and jewelry can be purchased in many places. What cannot be replicated is how someone makes you feel. Edona showed us that true luxury is as much about the experience, emotion, and memories as it is about what you take home. Edona has the knowledge, discretion, warmth, and instinct for client relationships one expects at the very highest level of luxury. She is an extraordinary asset to Bucherer. Edona, thank you for seeing our family as more than clients, for honoring a tradition that already meant so much to us, and for somehow making it even more special. I walked into Bucherer taking a shot in the dark and left with far more than I could have hoped for—another chapter in our family tradition, memories we will treasure, and someone we very much hope will be part of many milestones to come

  I walked in looking to purchase a watch and was greeted by Edona. From the beginning, she was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable without ever making the experience feel pressured or rushed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the watch that felt right for me. She made the entire buying process smooth and genuinely memorable. This was a very special purchase for me, and Edona made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Edona!

  Edonna was absolutely fantastic and made my experience at Bucherer exceptional. She was warm, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the watches and different options available. I never felt rushed or pressured, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. After my experience, I bought 2 watches and my sister bought 2 watches as well What really stood out was the level of personal attention and hospitality. Luxury shopping should feel like an experience, not just a transaction, and Edonna delivered exactly that. She represented Bucherer extremely well and is a major reason I would return to this location. Highly recommend asking for Edonna if you visit Bucherer in Interlaken. 10/10 service and experience.

  I had a truly wonderful experience at Bucherer Interlaken, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Yun Chen. Yun explained the products clearly and took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for, making a genuine effort to understand my needs. Beyond Rolex, Yun also shared a wealth of helpful information about Interlaken and Switzerland, which made the entire experience even more memorable. Although the item I was looking for was not in stock this time, I sincerely hope it will be available when I visit again! Thank you so much, Yun. It was an absolute pleasure being assisted by you, and I truly appreciate your outstanding service.
