  First time visiting the Rolex boutique in Interlaken, Switzerland, and we had a truly pleasant experience. Our sales associate, Ana Bachelard, was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout. It was also our first trip to Switzerland, so being able to purchase my first Rolex here as a special souvenir made the whole visit even more meaningful. Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Switzerland!

  I had an excellent experience at Bucherer, thanks to Vivian. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable about the watches and took the time to answer all my questions in detail, helping me find and finalize my Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT. What truly stood out was her dedication to customer service. Even though the store was closing at 7 PM, Vivian extended her time to make sure I had everything I needed and felt confident about my purchase. Her professionalism, passion for watches, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience memorable. Thank you, Vivian, for making my watch-buying experience so enjoyable. Excellent service and a great experience at Bucherer!

  I recently purchased a gift from Bucherer, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Tamara was absolutely wonderful — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. She took the time to answer all my questions, guided me through the options with patience, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. What stood out most was how personal and warm the service felt. Tamara made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and it truly felt like a special occasion rather than just a transaction. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the customer really made all the difference. I'm thrilled with my experience , and I'll definitely be coming back to Bucherer in the future.   I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Rolex shop at the store in Interlaken. First, the shop itself felt disorganized and, in my opinion, did not have the atmosphere or presentation I would expect from a Rolex boutique. Unfortunately, the service was even worse. I approached one of the sales associates on the left side, said hello, and started asking whether they had a specific Rolex model available. Before I could even finish my sentence, she immediately replied that they did not have it and that they don’t sell watches directly, only through a waiting list. I understand that certain Rolex models are difficult to obtain and that waiting lists are part of the process. However, even when a particular model is unavailable, I would expect a salesperson to show some interest in the customer, explain the options, or perhaps offer to show other watches that are available. That has been my experience in other Rolex stores. I have visited more than 15 Rolex shops over the years and currently have three pieces, so I am very familiar with the level of service and customer experience I have received at other Rolex boutiques and authorized retailers. Unfortunately, my experience at the Interlaken store was completely different. Very disappointing service and, overall, a really poor experience for a Rolex customer
