I had a completely infuriating and unacceptable experience at Max Mara Royalmount. The entire process was a disaster—deliberately forcing me to spend money I never wanted to. Customer service was shockingly unhelpful, and after countless attempts, I was left with zero resolution. This is a disgrace, and I will never, ever step foot in this store again. Do not shop here.”

This brand, this store in particular, and the representatives who work here are absolutely useless, and shouldn’t be allowed to make claims of luxury and are a disappointment in providing any real value to the luxury space. The company has an absurd return policy and the workers (yes I call them workers because they have zero integrity) are spineless and hide behind policy instead of trying to help the customer. Any other luxury brand makes sure that the experience is easy going and enjoyable throughout. This store and brand have a more predatory attitude and approach. Frankly it’s highly disgusting and they’ll never get any additional business from me

Every visit to this Max Mara store has been a pleasure. Everyone, from the store manager to the staff is professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. They do not rush and give you their full attention. They also go above and beyond to help you with purchase changes and adjustments. It is extremely refreshing to have such exemplary customer experience.
