  I don’t know how anyone can ever rate this store & team anything less than 5 stars. Throughout all my luxury shopping experiences this team has to be the most genuine, high energy, loving & knowledgeable advisers I’ve ever came across.   I had a completely infuriating and unacceptable experience at Max Mara Royalmount. The entire process was a disaster—deliberately forcing me to spend money I never wanted to. Customer service was shockingly unhelpful, and after countless attempts, I was left with zero resolution. This is a disgrace, and I will never, ever step foot in this store again. Do not shop here.”

  This brand, this store in particular, and the representatives who work here are absolutely useless, and shouldn’t be allowed to make claims of luxury and are a disappointment in providing any real value to the luxury space. The company has an absurd return policy and the workers (yes I call them workers because they have zero integrity) are spineless and hide behind policy instead of trying to help the customer. Any other luxury brand makes sure that the experience is easy going and enjoyable throughout. This store and brand have a more predatory attitude and approach. Frankly it’s highly disgusting and they’ll never get any additional business from me
