  I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager. Unfortunately, her approach to customer service was unprofessional and did not reflect the standards expected from a luxury brand. I visited regarding a repair issue, and instead of offering proper assistance, she handed me the stud from my bag and advised me to go to a third party to have it fixed. I was not comfortable with this suggestion, as any external repair could affect the value and integrity of the bag. When I expressed my concerns and asked for the matter to be escalated, she stated that she was the final point of contact and did not offer any further support. The interaction felt dismissive and stressful rather than supportive and solution-oriented. This was the first time in my life I have encountered this level of customer care. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. Luxury brands should prioritize hiring knowledgeable and helpful managers—individuals who listen, support clients, and represent the brand properly—not someone who dismisses concerns, assumes they know everything, and shows little regard for customer experience or brand reputation. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service provided.
