  My client advisor was rude and I purchased something over $700 and she made commission on my sale and still was rude. I did call the store to report her behavior.

  Came in here to buy a specific handbag that I saw online. I was appalled that FENDI still uses animal fur on their handbags (fox fur). Many designers and larger brands stopped using fur. I walked out without purchasing and decided to buy a bag from another brand instead.

  I recently purchased a handbag from Fendi, and Clare provided exceptional service from start to finish. She patiently explained everything, helped me explore the best options, and ultimately chose the perfect bag for me. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and truly appreciate Clare and the wonderful staff at this store. Thank you, Clare!

  I came into the downstairs men’s store to seek advice/remedy to the extremely uncomfortable slides I purchased. I did not want a refund, exchange or gift card; I just wanted a bit of advice. I was then told there has never been an issue with the slides, and that I am the first person to have a problem with them. She also said there was absolutely no solution, and then challenged me to speak to the manager who “would say the exact same thing”. The entire time she was speaking down to me, embarrassing me in front of the other customers and making me feel like a fool for even walking in the store. It’s appalling that someone can spend that much money on any clothing and have such horrendous service. Shocking... the only reason this place deserves a star at all is because the manager: Sing was super helpful and lovely to deal with.
