When you think of Tiffany & Co., quality already comes to mind. The customer experience was even above my expectations. The staff were very professional and attentive, and they gave me the opportunity to look at the products without rushing me at all. It’s a wonderful place for anyone looking for a gift for special occasions.

We had a great experience today at the Tiffany shop in Chinook Mall while visiting to purchase gifts for our staff members. Lian, an amazing client advisor, helped us tremendously and made the experience truly enjoyable. The manager and other team members were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you are planning to buy from Tiffany, I highly recommend visiting the store in person rather than shopping online!

It is disappointing to have a big company mislead their customers. My daughter received a gift from her aunt. Her aunt, before she purchased the gift asked and made sure the adjustments made to the jewelry were no charge. The sales person said we never charge for alterations. True. Because 2 years ago for my other daughter you did not. The sales lady was very rude about this. And insisted that we be charged. Inconsistent employees. I wish my sister-in -aw met the one from Thursday night. She would definitely never shop there again. So terribly disappointed.
