  I visited the Armani store and was very disappointed by the behavior of one of the sales associates. I was trying on a dress, and instead of being professional or helpful, he made a rude comment implying that the dress did not suit my body shape. His words were unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, not one that ruins your mood for the rest of the day. Staff should know how to speak to customers with courtesy and tact, especially in a luxury store. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees to treat clients with respect.

  "If you visit AX Chinook Centre, ask for ZINAB or STEPHANIE. They were both absolutely fantastic, attentive, accomodating and has the best fashion sense. They made my shopping experience so easy and pleasant. Five stars!"

  Very disappointed with this A|X Armani Exchange t-shirt. After very little use, small tears appeared on the front. For a brand at this price point, I expected much better quality. The fabric feels weak and not durable at all. Definitely not worth the money.

  my family and I recently visited this store and purchased a few items. The store is well laid out, and there are good selections. customer service, however, was not satisfying. They successfully gave us the most disrespectful customer service experience we have ever had. Will never go back to this store.
