Rude staff. Very disappointed visit.
Hello,
My name is Ahsan. On June 29, at around 6:45 PM, I purchased several items from Armani, including 3–4 shorts, one pair of pants, one jacket, and a shirt.
I believe I forgot to collect the Armani shirt from the front desk after completing my purchase. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt because I misplaced it after getting home.
Is there any way to check your system for my purchase made on Monday? If any store staff reads this message, I would really appreciate your help in checking whether the shirt was left behind.
I will be visiting the store again soon. Thank you for your time and assistance. A Ukrainian lady was working that Monday. I don’t remember her name exactly, but I think it was Victoria. She came into the store after her shift had ended.

I visited the Armani store and was very disappointed by the behavior of one of the sales associates. I was trying on a dress, and instead of being professional or helpful, he made a rude comment implying that the dress did not suit my body shape. His words were unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate.
Shopping should be a pleasant experience, not one that ruins your mood for the rest of the day. Staff should know how to speak to customers with courtesy and tact, especially in a luxury store. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees to treat clients with respect.
