Second time staying here as Sheridan is a half way point when we are traveling from Idaho to the Midwest. For anything that is lacking (such as being an older hotel) the service and friendly staff cannot be beat. It is easy to park your car and go walk around to nearby restaurants. Benson who checked us in was so kind and informative and Jeanie who was at the breakfast bar was so sweet and kind. There is black drip coffee and a very nice coffee machine that makes espressos, lattes and cappuccinos to get your day started. Perfect spot to stay over night on your journey.

Terrific staff, lovely room, comfy bed, great water pressure and temp adjustment for showers. Fabulous breakfast with real plates and utensils. Impressive. Right on the main road, however our room was on the next street which was a bit inconvenient. That’s why I gave location only 4 stars. Definitely recommend.

We picked this place because we wanted to be close to downtown - we shouldn't have bothered, downtown Sheridan was a disappointment. Many empty storefronts and only a few restaurants. The motel itself was ok, the room was fine - bed and shower were good. Breakfast was good.

There are actually 2 different properties. Check in is one. One of which is around the corner and down the street. Some front desk staff a little rude and passive aggressive. Some cleanliness issues which were resolved after some back and forth. Next time I'll try the hotel two blocks down.

Really a motel, not a hotel. Room opens directly into a parking lot in the back of the building. Doesn't feel safe. Breakfast is not in the same building where need to cross the main street in town to get to it and it took awhile for us to get there. Small rooms and tiny bathroom. We're on a bus tour and with no on site restaurant we had to walk in the rain tonight to get dinner.
