  The woman at the reservation desk was very hard to understand due to her thick accent, but we figured it out. Temperature of the hot tub was great, although the jets could be turned up a little more. Breakfast was OK but there no potatoes left when we went through.

  Overall a good experience. Great breakfast options, great location, friendly service, but the room is the reason for the 4 stars. Hole in the bathroom, dust on the walls, stains on the walls and furniture, etc. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the breakfast area and the pool were never locked... The pool door literally had red duct tape covering the lock set so it never properly shut. Would come back, but only if the other hotels aren't available.

  Overall gross. Stains on bedsheet, curtains, lampshades, bathroom walls. Felt unsafe as there as a “drifter” was on one of the rooms that our team checked into. They had wet carpet in one of the rooms, holes in the wall in another. Overall would not spend any amount to go back there.

  Pretty nice Great price great location It was nice and clean the ladies behind the desk were really nice and helpful. Nice bed comfortable so were the pillows had a pool hot tub and elevator also. breakfast was pretty good. hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs,sausage,biscuits and gravy every other day ..waffles, toast ,cereal and a coffee machine which had pretty good coffee.. only bad thing is it could use a little maintenance/TLC had some patches that weren't done a hole in a wall . They're really bad thing was every electrical outlet in the room was so loose that my phone plug fell out! The blow dryer wouldn't even plug in.

  We have ants in our room and can't get a different room because they're booked and they won't refund us, they came and they sprayed the room with bug spray and it stinks, so we had to open up the windows and now are suffering with the smell of bug spray, which is giving me a headache and making me not feel well. And I have a breathing machine that I use call a cpap so I need a clean room. There was also a piece of molding that was not down and it hurt my foot every time I stepped on it and the hot tub in the room faucet leaked. And there's a crack tub in the hot tub , so my husband didn't even use it after we saw that. L will not refund us.We're thinking about leaving, but don't want to waste a $184.And we still have tonight , and tomorrow. So that would be over $300.I'd be wasting if I leave tonight.
