I dont know whose idea it was to surround the pool in a square, concrete, echo chamber boarded by rooms that people were supposed to sleep in - but I dont like them. I had to book this last minute for way too much money because of low availability and barely got any sleep because of how loud people were talking/yelling at each other in the pool area until 130am with my room right above the pool in said giant echo chamber.
The room was cleaner than the rest of the property thankfully - but dont expect the airport shuttle to be on time and probably just plan on Uber-ing like everyone waiting for my 445am (ended up being 0510am) shuttle did.
Basically I cant recommend this place at all and am annoyed that it was the only thing I could find
Highly recommend going anywhere else. Outdated hotel. Will never stay at a best western again. The only elevator in the whole hotel is broken (and seemingly has been for months based on other google reviews) and we were given a room on the 3rd floor despite others being available on lower floors. Able to get a room on the second floor and the AC was broken. Had to switch to a new room at midnight and once switched the room key stopped working and the bathroom light didn't work. Room key would not work on exterior doors that were closer to my room despite being directed to use them. No fans for rooms. Only give 3 towels for a double queen room and denied request for more stating "we can only give you whats available in the room". Waffle station, yogurt dispenser, and juice dispenser were all out of service and breakfast was not restocked for juice and yogurt despite 45 min still left. So the breakfast that was included in the price was half of what was advertised. The rooms smelled musty, were stuffy, and the carpets moist. TV outdated and some of the channels had sound but no picture. Beds were squeaky. Overall, not worth the price. Stay at a better hotel for $10 more per night. Went through booking.com and the reviews were not accurate to the stay or the service.

The main issue I had with this hotel was the humidity. The pool is right in the middle of the hotel and it is not enclosed. Once you pass the lobby section the humidity hits you hard and it carries into all the hallways and the rooms. Everything in the room felt sticky and moist it was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the overall experience was horrible due to the humidity.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to several maintenance and customer service issues. The air conditioning unit made the room smell strongly like feet, the toilet leaked, and water was also leaking from the window inside the room. In addition, the door to the room would bounce back open unless checked carefully, which was concerning from a security standpoint. There were also visible leaks in the hallway ceiling near the pool area.
Another issue was the room arrangement itself. We were charged for a queen bed room but were given full-size beds instead, and staff claimed that was how the room was advertised, which did not match what we booked. We were also told there would be an extra charge to use the pool, which was unexpected. Parking was inconvenient as well, as the recommended parking area was very far from our room.
Customer service did not help improve the experience. On Thursday, June 4th around 2 PM, the front desk employee stated that maintenance had been sent to fix the room phone, but no one ever arrived. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

I booked a suite for a one-night stay at your hotel. However, upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strong and highly unpleasant odor. The room smelled heavily of dogs and dampness, and the carpets appeared noticeably wet. Given these unacceptable conditions, I promptly returned to the front desk, requested a full refund, and left the hotel without staying in or using the room in any way.
I was informed by the front desk staff that a refund could not be processed because the hotel manager was unavailable, and that I would be contacted the following morning. Unfortunately, no one ever reached out to me. Over the past week, I have personally contacted the hotel multiple times, only to receive the same explanation on every occasion: the manager was unavailable.
I find it difficult to understand how a hotel can operate for over a week without having an available manager capable of addressing a legitimate customer complaint. The complete lack of accountability and the failure to provide any meaningful resolution throughout this process are deeply concerning and reflect poorly on the hotel’s commitment to customer service.
I would also like to emphasize that I neither stayed in the room nor used any of the facilities associated with my reservation. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed. The condition of the room fell well below any reasonable standard of cleanliness and habitability. I am confident that an independent inspection would confirm the issues I observed.
I am extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the accommodation offered but also with the manner in which this matter has been handled. The lack of communication, accountability, and effective customer service has been both frustrating and unacceptable.
I respectfully request that the hotel investigate this matter immediately and process my refund without further delay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.
