  I live in LaCrosse Wi, flight canceled due to weather. I called this property I spoke with Jen. She was so helpful and pleasant it turned my day around. This will be my go to property when flying in and out of Madison. She is truly a credit to Best western. I will certainly be recommending this property to others.

  Its dated but clean with a decent breakfast and convenient location. Has a pool but I havent gone.

  One night here was enough. Hotel is sadly in need of upgrading and is subpar, if this is what Best Western considers up to their standards they need to immediately re-evaluate….Room 247 was awful , to begin with when we walked in it smelled of a foul odor like somebody had been cooking something in there or something had died… we had to open window to air it out which to our utter shock didnt lock and was without a screen and had a piece of wood on the track for security. After driving 900 miles we did not feel like going downstairs and arguing about it so we just went to bed and slept. Bathroom was by far the worst, photos will show… anything less than a partial 1/2 refund or 50,000 points would be consider considered an insult. The rest of the hotel was equally subpar and breakfast was very weak and low grade. The only bright spot was the young man at the front desk who is very polite and professional - was not my best experience with Best Western, which makes me want to reconsider future reservations. - UPDATE: received a reply stating I would be “well taken care of” but to this date almost 1 month after our stay…… nothing 👎

  Stopped in to check into staying overnight. But, the experience didn’t feel right—unwelcoming front desk and the property felt a bit off. Everyone was so rude, short, and seemed to be untrained. Decided to keep looking and ended up at Comfort Inn & Suites. Night and day difference. Friendly staff, clean lobby, and everything felt safe and well managed. So glad I made the switch.

  Where to start. Service was terrible staff was rude and on there phones ine refused to even speak to us. There was no vending so you have to go out all gas stations close by are closed. The room was okay it smelt terrible. The rooms do not feel very nice when walking in like most hotels do. Was not very pleased for a weekend out together.
