  The Best Western East Towne provided a great stay! The rooms were clean and breakfast was a great bonus. Tess at the front desk was so accommodating from answering questions to printing off receipts. Tess always greeted us when we walked in the door.

  Front desk staff were very nice. The outside of the building, hallways, and elevator looked clean and well maintained. The interior of our room was clean including the bed and floors. Unfortunately, there was a large and unsightly patch of black mildew above the bathroom door, which appeared to be growing for quite some time. I dont appreciate showering in the same room as a biological, airborne health hazzard. There were a few cosmetic issues, including but not limited to the bathroom doorknob, which was very lose, as well as peeling paint on the walls. Overall, I had a good experience, provided I close my eyes and forget about the fuzzy black spot on the wall above my head in the shower.

  Great price. Helpful staff. Clean room! Comfy bed. Warm showers! Pet friendly! Yummy and big breakfast!

  We got a handicap accessible room and it was wonderful. We had a couple of glitches and Caleb, the desk attendant was awesome! He jumped in and helped immediately. Great customer service!

  Mike the manager does a excellent job and Jennifer also and JC. And Joe. Alex and Tess all excellent employees professional always give discounts when needed or there is a slight issue. ..very helpful always someone at there lost 24 hours not all other hotels that Ive been and there no one at the desk at 2am..Bravo to all the staff.. THE ONLY HOTEL WITH BALCONYS IM MADISON PERIOD!!!
