  We sat at the bar and had drinks, after we left, and examined our receipt, we realized she charged us for wings - that we never ordered or got. Here, we gave her a $30 cash tip, only to find out that she had already charged us a $21 gratuity on our credit card! And never even mentioned it to us! This place takes your credit card, if you're running a tab, and sets it on the cash register til you pay your bill. There are at least 25 seats at this bar. With all those credit cards stacked at the register, it's no wonder cards get mixed up and people get ripped off. We learned a lesson.

  Hotel was decent for the price we paid. The included breakfast was nice and so was service in the mornings for breakfast. There is no elevator , only a 2 level floor hotel, but wasn't needed for our stay even when we stayed on 2nd floor, we managed to carry up our luggage. Hotel is close to Expo center-walked right to it and also the Green Bay Stadium. Many nice restaurants within walking as well. I would say that having the indoor swimming pool in the middle of hotel with the rooms surrounding does make it very humid and strong chlorine smell in our room.

  My experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. Upon checking in the lady at the front counter was super rude. She also never added on my points for my stay but said she did. Our room was still dirty and the door stuck so it was hard to open and close. The pool smelled like urine and the hot tub had a funny smell it made my hair smell moldy afterwards. Also we were told that there's no lights in the pool at night so you're swimming in darkness basically The beds and sheets were super uncomfortable. Was looking forward to the breakfast but the only thing good about it was the omelette my daughter had a bowl of cereal that smelled like cat food I tried some of the granola which was stale it was just an awful experience all around Please do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel. The only saving grace to this hotel is its location

  Beds are hard and the rooms are across the street from a bar playing live music until well after midnight. I got zero sleep. What a waste of money. Breakfast is okay. The ac in our room was so loud while it was on that we had to turn it off. It didn't cool the room while it was on anyways. It was hot humid and sticky in our room... I won't be back to this location, I'm extremely disappointed that this is what you offer paying customers....

  This was our third year staying here, and unfortunately, by far the worst experience we’ve had. The location is perfect for Lambeau Field, training camp, and many great local restaurants and bars, which has always been a major reason we’ve enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately, this year there were several issues. The beds were very uncomfortable, and our room had maintenance problems—the sink would not drain, and the toilet was leaking behind it. We also had to ask twice to get towels during our four-night stay. We specifically asked to have the bedding changed, but were told it was on a three-day automatic schedule. Even after asking again following our second night, it still was not changed. The bar attached to the hotel was another disappointment. The wait staff seemed unfamiliar with the food they were serving, and getting service was consistently difficult. The breakfast experience was also disappointing this year. The lady preparing the omelettes seemed particularly demanding about tips. We completely understand that made-to-order omelettes take additional time, and we appreciate the work involved. However, in an increasingly cashless economy, not everyone carries cash. Making guests feel guilty or uncomfortable about not having cash to tip—especially when simply trying to get breakfast for their children—was unnecessary. Her attitude came across as rude compared to our experiences with her in previous years. We’ve enjoyed staying here in previous years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After returning for three years, we expected much better service and overall experience. The location is excellent, but unfortunately, the issues with the room, housekeeping, beds, and service made this our worst stay yet.
