  Outside room was bad. Can't control temperature. If I turn off the AC. I can smell smoke even though it says smoke free. Not sure on other rooms but my experience at here was not pleasant 😕

  This hotel is located conveniently off of i82 with lots of shopping and dining near by- even an Outbacks in the parking lot... as well as a truck stop. We stayed on a Monday night, the hotel was pretty quiet, which surprised me cuz of the location. The free hot breakfast here is top notch! The ladies in the dining room are awesome! In addition to a waffle and oatmeal bar, they also had a pancake maker and custom made omelets! I have never seen so many different breakfast options included with your room. The food was great! My daughter and I also locked ourselves completely out of ohr room when trying to go to the pool. The bad on the slider dropped down and the security lock was flipped over on the door. The girl at the front desk rescued us from the courtyard and then the maintenance man came and popped the door open withing 20 seconds! I was impressed! It literally took him longer to get to the room than it did for him to get the door open! I was so worried about the lock out turning into a costly catastrophe, but the front desk girl assured me this type of thing happens all the time- she was just glad we were on the 1st floor and not stuck on a balcony. If youre looking for an affordable stay in Yakima with an awesome breakfast this is your spot. I cant speak on what its like on the weekends though- could be a totally different vibe. But if I come back to Yakima, I would stay there again. Thanks!

  I was a little unsure about this when we booked it but we were happy we stayed here. It feels like an older building that has probably gone through a few different companies, but they've done a nice job of taking care of it. The lobby is especially nice. There's a center courtyard with an outdoor pool. We got a room with a balcony but probably would opt for one that doesn't face the pool so it's a little quieter. Quiet hours are at 10pm though and it was never that bad. Plus one star for the incredible breakfast! We stay at a LOT of Best Western's and this was one of the top 3 hotel breakfasts we've ever had. It even included made-to-order omelets and scrambles. Great job!
