Outstanding service and a wonderful stay! I was a bit skeptical at first since I’ve never stayed at a Best Western before, but my stay at the Best Western Downtown Wenatchee completely exceeded my expectations! My room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and it had every single thing I needed for my short work trip. What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible service. I accidentally left some items behind, and Gigi, Juan, and Gavin went above and beyond to help me get them returned. Gigi, Juan, and Gavin—thank you all so much for being so attentive, compassionate, and understanding! I truly appreciate your amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pretty decent spot. Housekeepers need to learn to knock. Both mornings I was here the housekeepers just barged in without as much as a tap on the door. Decent accommodations, friendly desk staff, housekeepers who lack basic courtesy and awareness of the most rudimentary aspects of their job.
My daughter and I were blamed for using markers on linens and charged $100 damage deposit. We did not bring markers to the room and we accused of the damage. Amanda G did not resolve and blamed us stating they have perfect housekeeping procedures and mistakes do not happen. I stated there was a mistake and she blamed and would not resolve. I called customer relations at the corporate level and they believed Amanda G over the customer stating we did it. They said sorry but we cant do anything. They are purposefully charging erroneous damage deposits to increase revenue here in the wenatchee location. I would not stay here unless you want to pay an erroneous damage deposit for stuff you dont do and then they lie saying your wrong and you did it. AVOID THIS WENATCHEE LOCATION OF BEST WESTERNS AT ALL COST

The receptionist was very aggressive and difficult; she was a white woman with tattoos on her arms. I had five rooms booked and paid for, yet she only handed over keys for four, insisting that was all I had reserved. She couldn't explain the situation; I had to stand my ground at the front desk for an hour just to get the final key, all while she kept making excuses about the reservation not showing up in the system. I felt like I was begging for information, despite having paid over a thousand dollars for a couple of nights. What I needed to know was which of the five rooms were for two nights and which were for one—since part of my family was staying for only one night—but I had to wait for the morning receptionist, who kindly resolved the issue in about two minutes.
I went on vacation with my niece and daughter with my brother in a room next door. The kids are 10 and use electronics. We were accused or drawing on the linens with markers. We did not, I repeat, did not pack art, markers, or paints. I was charged $100 damage fee. I asked the kids and they said no. I did a rundown of the room before leaving. No damage.
I was falsely accused and put in a situation where I’m to blame when we didn’t do any damage and worse they are not resolving it and keeping my $100.
They will make something up or accuse of damage to get extra revenue.
Do not stay unless you want to be called a liar when you get a damage fee you didn’t do
