  I went on vacation with my niece and daughter with my brother in a room next door. The kids are 10 and use electronics. We were accused or drawing on the linens with markers. We did not, I repeat, did not pack art, markers, or paints. I was charged $100 damage fee. I asked the kids and they said no. I did a rundown of the room before leaving. No damage. I was falsely accused and put in a situation where I’m to blame when we didn’t do any damage and worse they are not resolving it and keeping my $100. They will make something up or accuse of damage to get extra revenue. Do not stay unless you want to be called a liar when you get a damage fee you didn’t do

  I made a last minute reservation at this hotel, while attending a conference at the Wenatchee Convention center. The location was convenient, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great! But the best part was the incredibly friendly and professional assistance I received from the desk clerk who checked me in (Alicia? Ashley?) and the Manager (Amanda). I plan to stay at this location, during the conference, every year from now on!

  We stay here every 3 weeks when we come up for appointments It's always very clean and comfortable, with friendly service.

  The hotel itself was alright and would rate it a 3 star. I stayed Friday june5-6 and Kirk was a lot of help. He was polite and very kind. 5 stars for Kirk
