We have never been more disappointed with a Best Western property, despite staying at many locations over the years. We were treated poorly at check-in, and our room was dirty, with food left on the floor. This was an unacceptable experience and far below the standards we have come to expect from Best Western.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience staying here. The hotel is extremely close to the train tracks, and trains passed throughout the night. Not only was the noise incredibly loud, but the entire building visibly shook every time a train went by. I barely slept, and the constant rumbling caused me significant anxiety. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. I understand the hotel can’t move the train tracks, but I wish the extent of the noise and vibration had been made much clearer before booking. There is also no elevator, which wasn’t convenient when carrying luggage. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor—you can hear conversations and activity from the front desk The room itself was outdated too. a good night’s sleep is one of the main reasons for booking a hotel, and unfortunately this stay did not provide that.
