The folks working here are the best! I was having a terrible check-in with Expedia, and they really supported me and went to bat for me while I navigated Expedia's sluggish, and frankly, gas-lighting customer service experience. Gold star for Kyle? And his team!
Would do five stars but the abandoned gas station out front appears to make the place look sketchy. Otherwise I had a good stay.
We stayed here with other family members for a softball tournament. The price was good. The room was okay. At check in, the front desk staff had told my grandson that there was no pool but there is a hot tub in the gym. My grandson was looking forward to the hot tub layer that evening but it was out of order when we returned.
The following morning, we had some of the continental breakfast and coffee before heading back out to the games. The breakfast was good and the coffee was decent.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
There are a couple of two lane roundabouts just before the hotel that can be tricky to navigate at night.
I chose to stay here with my family based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. I’ve stayed at other Best Western properties before, but this was easily one of the worst.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything around you. I’m also fairly certain we were given a full-size bed instead of the queen room we booked—it was so small that my husband ended up having to sleep on the couch.
The hotel itself feels very outdated, and overall it just didn’t meet our expectations. Another downside was breakfast ending at 9:30 a.m., which feels far too early—especially when you’re traveling and hoping for a more relaxed morning.
We won’t be staying here again.

The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going explode, so we had to do everything with the light off. Though it was almost loud enough to block out the people on the next room that kept banging on the wall, yelling, and running back and forth. Also, nothing quite as suspicious as seeing the Ecolab truck leaving on a Saturday evening. Went over that room with a fine tooth comb after that.
