  The rooms were pretty standard for a Best Western. They were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient. Very close to the airport, but not a lot of noise from airplanes arriving and departing. Also very close to Northern Quest Casino where we were attending a concert. Three stars on the service. We had a very good, AND a not so good experience with the Best Western staff. First, the good...we initially, accidentally booked a Best Western on the wrong side of town. It was close to check in time when we discovered the mistake. The BW staff on the telephone were extremely helpful and got us rebooked in the right hotel with little problem. When we arrived at the hotel is when we ran into an issue. We arrived at 2:10 in the afternoon. The front desk attendant tried to nickel and dime us for an "early" check-in. She informed us that the check-in time was not until 4pm, and tried to charge us an extra $50 even though all the rooms were ready. We are Best Western rewards members, and we stay the BW hotels quite often, and have never run into such a ridiculous problem. The 4 pm check-in is the latest we have ever seen at a BW. Normally we have seen a 2 pm, or 3 pm at the latest, but if the rooms were ready, there has never been an issue checking in a little bit early. To make frequent guests wait nearly 2 hours for an empty room, or trying to charge an extra $50 for a room that is just sitting vacant is a bit petty.

  My family booked a hotel under my dad's name. Our flight got canceled last minute so we were unable to stay at the hotel after all. We immediately informed the hotel via phone call that we would not be coming in. After contacting BW customer relations to try to get our money back, I was told that it showed we checked in/out at the hotel the night of our reservation. I informed them we did not as we weren't even in the state of Washington. Customer relations comes back and says the hotel doubled down by saying that we did come in that night. Extremely disappointing that this location (along with customer relations) can't seem to spend more than a few seconds to actually look into this. I have always have been a loyal Best Western customer, but the lack of help I am getting is disappointing and truly unprofessional and will make me rethink who I choose to stay with in the future.

  Rooms were clean. Netflix option on the tv. The only thing that was odd was knocking on the door at 10:20am asking if we were leaving when checkout isn't until 12:00 ? Good area though.

  We stayed at Best Western in Spokane. We had a very early flight the next day. They offered 24 hour shuttle service. Our driver Chrystal was on time and very friendly. We also enjoyed Denny's, which was across the parking lot. The food was very good.

  Just ok, the hotel seems to have been renovated but with a low budget/diy style. Bathroom was cramped with door in awkward space, shower glass covered half of shower and water splashes out, lack of cabinets and space for storage. Service was good, room was clean, and for breakfast you get a voucher for the Denny’s close by.
