★★★★★ Five stars for an unforgettable “Best Western hospitality” experience!
Shuttle driver Pedro, around 8:40 PM on August 19, told me the shuttle would take me to SureStay by Best Western SeaTac Airport North and told me to get on. I understand that Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel and SureStay are separate properties. The issue is not whether he was required to take me there — the issue is that I specifically confirmed my hotel with Pedro BEFORE boarding, and he clearly told me YES. If your shuttle doesn’t go there, why tell me to get on in the first place?
After dropping everyone else off, he simply started heading back to the airport. I asked him twice what was happening — he heard me and completely ignored me both times. Interestingly, once other passengers got on, he suddenly found his voice and told me he was NOT going to my hotel.
So thank you, Pedro, for the complimentary nighttime tour around SeaTac Airport. Very thoughtful! Apparently, getting to the hotel I actually booked was not included in this five-star sightseeing experience.
Even more impressive, he had no problem communicating with other passengers while repeatedly ignoring me. As an Asian passenger, I felt singled out, disrespected, and discriminated against.
Five stars for making sure this is one Best Western experience I definitely won’t forget!

Extremely unsafe hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
A bag containing cash and all of our important documents was stolen from our hotel room during our stay. This was not simply a misplaced bag — we eventually located our belongings with the help of the police.
What makes this situation even more concerning is the lack of security throughout the property. We were told that there are no security cameras anywhere in the hotel except the lobby, despite the hotel having multiple entrances and exits. This made it extremely difficult to determine who entered the hotel, moved through the property, or left with our belongings.
Because our documents were stolen, we missed our flight and had to pay additional fees to change our airline tickets and return to the hotel. Despite everything that happened, the hotel refused to refund our stay, provide a complimentary night, or offer any meaningful compensation for the additional expenses we incurred.
After this experience, I simply do not feel that guests or their belongings are adequately protected here. If you decide to stay at this hotel, be extremely careful with your valuables and documents.
Our room was next to the ice machine so we kept getting waken up by people getting ice. The wall wasn't very sound proof and the machine was pretty loud. The wifi signal also weren't great in the room making it hard to even use Google Maps.
The hotel provides an airport shuttle service for every 30 minutes, which needs to be reserved ahead of time.
You will need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The breakfast was the standard American breakfast combination: eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, milk and cereal etc.

If you want fluorescent lights blaring into your room, a toilet that makes a god awful noise every 30 seconds that makes you startled every time, sharing a wet towel with your loved ones because no clean ones are available, a broken hot tub and a broken fooseball table… you found the place.
Breakfast was really good and there is ping pong which was fun . Pool was nice.
Booked this hotel specifically for a hot tub though.
Rooms are very dated. The pillows are so flat it's like you're not even using one. The location is close to the airport which is nice if you arrive late so you dont have to go far. None of the rooms have microwaves so keep that in mind if you planned on just heating something up when you get in late. They do have a communal microwave downstairs in the lobby/breakfast room you can use as a plan b which is nice. The staff is very friendly. I did have an issue with the scan keys. The technology is outdated when I tried to scan the cards neither worked. I was told to scrap them a little harder. That still didn't work. I ended up needed to get to cards to scan. No paid parking it's included with the stay. They breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel breakfast and the cooking crew were very nice.
