We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff were friendly and gave us tips on navigating the city. Its close to everything including the train station. The area got a bit sketchy at night but I believe thats just downtown Seattle in general
Not a new hotel. More like a historic location, but very comfortable and I'm a nice location across the street from the main bay area by Pike Place. The free continental breakfast is from 6:30-10:30am. A 7-10 minute walk from pier 54. It's a 10 minute brisk walk from the Pike Place train station.
Honestly loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I was pleased with how quick and easy the check in process was and you really can't beat the location. If you're coming in on Amtrak and want something within walking distance I definitely recommend choosing this. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it is an old building so I don't really hold that against my rating.
Service was great, the employees were all really attentive and super nice. The bed was super comfortable, especially after a concert lol.
I'd stay here again if I ever need to come up to Seattle again!

This place was just right for our stay in Seattle. Close to everything and easy to find. Yes, rooms are small, but they had everything you needed (and tall ceilings make it feel bigger). Everything was neat and tidy. I could hear the guests footsteps above me, but I’m sure the people below me could hear me as well, so we all did our best to respect our neighbours and it all worked out.
A big shout out to Rebecka, who helped us when we forgot our toothbrushes and chargers and ear plugs. She had them all ready to go and with a smile on her face.
The breakfast was perfect for us: beautifully fluffy waffles and lots of grab and go snacks. Totally made our visit more enjoyable to not have to worry about finding a place to eat first thing.
Staff was all friendly and welcoming.

Best continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Really covered a lot of needs for folks from breakfast sandwiches, various milk and non-milk varieties, fruit, cereal, pastries/bread, granola, oatmeal, waffles, coffee and other beverages, cheese…it was nice to be able to have a quick breakfast and take some with us since we had an early train to catch!
The room was perfect for the two of us, 2 double beds, and excellent walking location from train station and to Lumen Field for the US women’s soccer match. We packed super light and for the weather so we had no issues concerning the relatively heavy rain as we went back and forth.
It’s close to plenty of restaurants and mini markets (and a Safeway) should you need items or groceries. We felt safe in the area. If the worst complaint we had was the elevator was slow and somewhat small (it’s also in an older building, so I wouldn’t judge it), I’d say it was EXCELLENT. I’d stay again for sure. Great service especially to the woman keeping the breakfast area running.
Make sure to have cash to tip housekeepers and breakfast staff. They rock. We used the internet for basic needs like searching the web and email. Perfect for us. The rooms have unique setups since it was built into an older building. It was amusing to us both to find electrical outlets over the bed, but honestly, it was perfect for my CPAP 🤣🤣 I feel like they’ve done a good job adapting an older building with updates as they can.
