  No tv two nights in a row. TV remote was replaced after second attempt with new batteries. Garbage liners NOT IN WASTE BASKETS. Ripped couch with stains. Toilet handle had to be replaced, due to stretched out chain, and having to forcefully applying pressure to handle for Toilet to flush. Ugh! Manager didn't seem to alarmed. Almost acted as if I were the problem. Sad!

  Very clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast had pretty good selection. Staff super friendly and help.

  This hotel is older, but new improved renovation have been done. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and found reception staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small. By that I mean, the toilet and tub/shower were combined in a small room. The door when closing just misses the toilet seat. Kind of humorous. Not suitable for someone who has mobile challenges. Sink area was open to bedroom. I am sure if you need larger accessibility they may have other rooms to accommodate your needs. Just ask. Breakfast serving and seating area was just off from reception desk. The food was quite nice, with waffles and breakfast sandwiches being my favorite. Also, there was a lounge seating next to a fireplace for a cozy conversation with tea or coffee.

  Ariana and the other front desk people were so delightful and friendly, they made the check in process super easy. They had great customer service skills and made us feel welcome. The hotel smells like Christmas...weird I know lol but whatever I liked it.

  Really nice stay. Breakfast is great! Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a double queen room and worked fine.
