  Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice ambience plan to eat somewhere else. The food in the morning is a hard pass. Undercooked meat, wet eggs, just a big no all around on the food but for the stay, the room is nice

  This is probably the nicest hotel in Tri-Cities. The breakfast is great the rooms are large well arranged and clean. 100% recommend.

  We booked last minute as our air BnB fell through last minute. This place was amazing from check in to check out. Plenty of room for our large family and our big dog in the double Queen suite. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had and the kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and I would totally stay again.

  We where in town for an event near stayed two nights on arrival the entrance is beautiful. The waterfall in the lobby is such a masterpiece. My son wanted to touch the water and the lady up front started saying that he was not allowed to cause of all the chemicals in it. He kept his hands off. When we arrived to our room it was so beautiful the bathroom is the first thing you see when you walk in its beautiful. Walk in glass shower huge light up mirrors the beds so comfy its a great place the down fall was the ants. I didn't think anything of it when we pulled out the couch bed there was 1 tiny ant on it I thought okay thats strange just 1 I should of looked around. We went to bed didnt think anything of it we went did our thing the following day and when we got back to layout heads for the night we brought back left over dinner and off to bed we went. Check out day were cleaning up gathering our belongings and as im throwing things in the trash I move the trash can pick up a piece of garbage behind the can and continue gathering our stuff and continuing to throw things away by the time im done and we're about to leave I notice the trash can has ants on it. I head to check it out move the garbage turn on my handy dandy phone flashlight and I start looking on the carpet and notice the tiny little things crawling everywhere. Who would of noticed on a dark carpet dear lord I was disgusted. I took video and pictures to show the lady up front. Other then this ant problem which wasnt noticeable until check out day it was alright the pool was great but would of been better if the hot tub worked. The sauna was a great plus loved that

  From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. Brit at the front desk was outstanding. She made booking easy and went out of her way to get us situated. The room was clean and well stocked, and the amenities were great. We especially enjoyed the workout area and dry sauna. Breakfast was hot with plenty of options, which made mornings easy. I also appreciated the design. The use of green and color brought life to the space, a refreshing change from the typical gray hotel. Overall, a great stay with strong service, comfort, and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
