I don't normally write reviews for hotels, but this one was exceptional! First, it was so beautifully decorated in the lobby and felt so welcoming, then the front desk staff was very kind. When we got to our room, it was *noticably* extra clean. This hotel doesn't have that stuffy, stale air smell or the strong air freshener smell that most hotels have. So if you're sensitive to those odors, this will be nice for you. The breakfast was the best one we've ever seen in this price range of hotels. If you're navigating food allergies, there are options. They had gluten-free bread individually packaged. On the breakfast buffet were some usual things like sausage, muffins, bagels, make- your-own waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. But there were some non-typical items (that honestly made it easier to find options we could eat), like pinto beans, black beans, potatoes without gluten, egg burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and steamed mixed veggies. The breakfast buffet area was also beautiful - laid out nicely, everything perfectly tidy, there were options of real dishes and flatware or disposable dishes and flatware.
The whole vibe was classy because of the tidiness, the attention to detail and the happy politeness of the staff.
We were thrilled with this experience after days of traveling and staying in a different hotel each night. The Best Western Sky Valley Inn was a respite for weary travelers. Thank you, team!
