  I prefer BW because of they're reliability. This location shines. Quiet, clean, big fluffy towels and very considerate staff. I'll choose this one again. Also, exit doors on all sides making it easier to load and unload. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars across the board is my room really needs new carpet.

  Helpful frendly staff, clean rooms,convenient location, good parking plus Nick is an exceptional bartender. He makes you feel like you're at your hometown family bar.

  Me and my daughter were greeted by Nathan at the front desk and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was kind, respectful and helpful. Every hotel should have a Nathan. The room has some wear to it but nothing to complain about and is super spacious. Beds are comfy and the fridge actually makes your drinks cold. The A/C blasts and cools down the room fast. The pool and hot tub are great. They have a room with a pool table and a message chair that is pay for play but a rare touch. Really enjoying the stay. I will be reserving a room here again for sure.

  Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Plus, the breakfast spread was a nice bonus to kick off the day!

  Liberty Lake Best Western Plus is one of my favorite locations in this chain. The front desk staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive. In the lobby seating area, you are provided with tourist attraction information. At the front desk, we were also provided with a list of nearby restaurants. Arriving on a Monday, (Wednesdays, also) Rewards Members are provided a happy hour. The gentleman who was serving, was very friendly and helpful in suggesting a wine and beer. Also provided were snacks. It gives travelers a great opportunity to either relax or meet other people. Several good restaurants within walking distance and we chose one from the list provided at the front desk. The pizza was some of the best we've had! Upon entering the hotel after dinner, we were given chocolate chip cookies. What a nice surprise to cap off the evening. As far as the room, it was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel has a pool table and a relaxation area, complete with TV and massage chair. A full breakfast was offered in the morning with addional patio seating. The entire staff was warm and friendly. This is our favorite area hotel and rather than staying in Spokane, we prefer to stay in Liberty Lake now.
