  This was the QUIETEST Best Western I have stayed at for quite some time. Nathan, the front desk clerk was SUPER polite and nice.

  The rooms are big and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers and the breakfast has a wide variety. The hotel is very clean.

  Nice, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The stay was very pleasant overall. My only surprise was that the TVs don't offer the Netflix app (or other streaming apps), which seems unusual for a modern hotel. Adding that feature would make the guest experience even better.

  Wildly overpriced for what you get. Not nice. Would not stay here again, and we are in this area frequently.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the toilet in our bathroom did not work properly, which should have been addressed before the room was rented. Even more concerning, after eating the complimentary happy hour buffet, I became extremely ill with what appeared to be food. My spouse and I had the same exact dinner that night the only difference was that I had a taco from the buffet and my spouse didn’t have anything to eat from the buffet. The hotel indicated they would contact me regarding these issues, but despite that promise, I have never received any follow-up. The lack of communication and customer service after such a serious experience has been very frustrating. I understand that problems can happen at any hotel, but how they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, between the maintenance issue, the illness after the buffet, and the lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend staying here.
