  The hotel itself was beautiful, full kitchenettes stocked with anything you might need but don't bring along with you to stay at a hotel. Pots, pans, measuring cups, bowls, even had toasters and full sized fridges. The problem lies with the rude and pushy staff. They treated me like I wasn't welcome to spend $200 bucks a night to stay there. I found myself avoiding having to talk with them as much as possible because of the awkward and uncomfortable feeling I picked up every time I had to engage a conversation with them

  This was a good place to stay. We enjoyed having a kitchen and free laundry in the middle of a long road trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, though pretty small. I would have been much happier if they had not deactivated my keys on the second day when I was locked out of my room with two heavy bags if groceries. Staff was friendly, but they ignore replies to a text message they send you, telling them to let them know if you need anything. They should really stop doing that to customers. Not perfect, but pretty good overall. I would likely return if I was in the area.

  I had a horrible experience. It’s one of those places that it looks good on paper and via pictures. But there is something really wrong with that place. There was no bedding or pillows available for the pull out couch, I called the office and had to go get it from the front desk and they didn’t offer pillows. When I asked they said they don’t have any to offer that “they had all been stolen “. Then they said;“There’s four pillows on the bed in the room, that should be plenty”. Nothing is comfortable, not one thing in that place is comfortable. Maybe the hot tub? I wouldn’t know, I just didn’t feel like trying it. With the effort they put in to everything else. No, thanks.

  My husband and I recently stayed at a Best Western in Everett for a work conference. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and we had a very nice continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again in future.

  It's decent but the amenities are sub par and you are trapped within the hotel and you cannot exit through any of the numerous doors on each floor. They have them alarmed so you can ONLY ENTER AND EXIT FROM THE FRONT no matter where your room is located! Parking is terrible as well. We had someone park so close to our car, I had to get in from the passenger side. It's a free-for-all! Enjoy 😉
