  Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Special accomodations per Expedia booking were followed, our room was ADA friendly as needed and it was cleaned and stocked well. The building and area is fine, nothing fancy but it's certainly better than Casino Rd area for hotels lol. On the affordable side but not a terrible area. Free breakfast options were kinda average and unexciting, but what do you expect... Overall it was fine - if we're back in the area we would return to this hotel.

  Check in was smooth, our room was a good size and clean. One of our room keys did not work, but no big deal. I was not told that to open the room door you had to lift up. So with the room key not working I thought maybe I was going to the wrong room, but I went back to the front desk to find out what was going on. We did not eat the breakfast offered and you could hear some traffic from our room, but not horrible (it did not disturb my sleep). The toilet was tilted which was weird and we could hear the people next door. Overall not a horrible stay and it was only for one night.

  The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hallway and elevators have mysterious odors but once you got to your room it was better. In The customer serious is AWFUL. At 6am I went for help. I’ve never knocked on a door and had someone look at me thru the window and not answer. Repeatedly. I needed help. They were not bothered to even ask what I needed. The night clerk had clearly been asleep when she came out after i yelled for help. God forbid there’s been a fire or medical emergency. The stay was ok for meeting sleeping needs, just don’t require a human while you’re there.

  The cleanest hotel we have stayed at in quiet awhile! From the shower to the floors to the dinning room. Clean! Breakfast was hot and fresh. The breakfast potatoes were sooooo good! Love the yogurt machine.

  This was a nice hotel to stay at, clean and nice room, good amenities including outdoor pool, breakfast, business center with computers and printer, friendly front desk. Next to a chefs store and close to highway access and Everette businesses.
