  If I could leave zero stars, I would. We came to Edmonds with our pup to avoid the fireworks in our neighborhood across the water. The woman at the front desk told us to read the pet agreement “VERY CAREFULLY, because they are VERY STRICT”. They require that they enter the room once a day even if you don’t want the room cleaned because they want to make sure the pets aren’t “damaging the rooms”. We asked for a room without carpet when we made reservations. We walked down the hallway to the room. We opened the door, and the room was DISGUSTING! Urine stains were ALL OVER the 2 upholstered chairs AND carpet. There were brown stains throughout the carpeted room. We took photos and immediately went back up to the desk. The woman said that they didn’t have any other rooms, they were going to charge the previous guests $500, and “well, this happens with pet friendly hotels”. It has NEVER been the case with ANY OTHER pet friendly hotels we have stayed in! We NEVER walked on the carpet without our shoes on. We FROZE because we had to blast the air conditioner so the room didn’t warm up and ignite the horrendous smell of the carpet and chairs. When the shower was in use, the moister intensified the smell, ten fold. I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET HOME, SHOWER, WASH MY DOG, CLEAN MY SHOES, AND LAUNDER EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THAT ROOM!! Want to know the cherry on top of this “crap cake”? We were having an amazing dinner on the patio of a local restaurant when we received an alert from our credit card company! The hotel tried to charge us TWICE for the stay. We called them in immediately. “We’re sorry. We charged you twice in error”. We will NEVER be back, and greatly regret not seeing the 2.5 star ratings. How 4.7 stars show ANYWHERE, is a CRIME!!!

  Wonderful hotel close to a nature preserve beach, the ferry, and great dining. Edmond is a cute seaside town with beautiful views. The entire staff greets you, the rooms are large, and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back!

  Very charming hotel located right in the middle of edmonds harbour place surrounded by many good restaurants and walking distance from the harbour

  Great location to explore Edmonds. The rooms are comfortable but a little worn and shabby. Could use some updating. Fresh cookies at check-in desk, polite personnel, a goody bag, and a nice breakfast in a sunny breakfast room. Comfortable lobby. Swimming pool.

  We spent the night there before we caught the train to Vancouver, Canada. Everything was perfect and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was great. We would stay there again.
