  I stayed here the night before and the night after a long day hike in the Cascades. The hotel is in a really convenient location, both for recreation in the area and its proximity to I-90. My room was a lot bigger and nicer than I was expecting and I had plenty of space to prepare everything I needed for my hike. The room was clean and all the room amenities worked well. The water pressure in the shower was great! I also appreciated that the tiny freezer compartment in the mini fridge kept my water and Gatorade frozen, especially since I was hiking during a heat wave and rely on starting out with frozen drinks in order to stay cool throughout the hike. The hotel was quiet overall, and it seems the doors are designed to close slowly instead of slamming shut which makes a big difference in reducing noise. I left for my hike early in the morning (shortly after 3am) and felt safe going out to my car because the parking lot and outdoor areas had good lighting. The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely stay here again. It's a really nice hotel with a lot of care put into the property.

  Great place for sure! Friendly staff great breakfast choices. Whether you like bagels or biscuits and gravy or a nice bowl of fresh fruit!

  Hotel was clean and right off I90 for quick access. We booked last minute and was able to get a top floor, extra spacious double queen room. The room had two long counters with sinks, so lots of room. Two A/Cs, pullout couch and table. Lots of space for a family. Unfortunately, no elevators, so you do have to carry your stuff up stairs. Breakfast had blueberries, watermelon, blackberries and raspberries. Yum!! Real, fresh fruit over unripened bananas and apples is great! Bacon, eggs, potatoes, big dish of oatmeal and the usual items. Fornt desk girl at check in was super nice. Morning front desk guy was also super nice and got me a cold bottle of water and turned the AC in the breakfast room when it was pretty muggy. My only suggestion for the front desk was vinyl pull down black out shades and true black out curtains. Was immediately woken up @500am to the sunrise. Always looking for a dark room when staying over night. Would stay again if in the area.

  We have stayed in many Best Western Hotels Across the US! Snow Cap Lodge Cle Elum is by far the best! Service is top notch, they go the extra mile with little touches down to a fun bow on our TP! They give it a 5 star touch! Staff makes us feel like family! Manager Lisa Cook and her staff are the best we have ever experienced!! Property, rooms ect are impeccably maintained!
