  I tried to change date by one day and was booked thru Expedia . Hotel said contact Expedia and Expedia called general manager and didn’t accommodate. They have availability. I even purchased hotel protection which was a waste of money. Don’t book this hotel if you want flexibility they don’t care. I’ve stayed there before and have heard bad reviews. Haven’t even arrived yet so I’ll give another review after! I’ve stayed and knew mediocre but this was topping on the cake . Rest of my review answers will be from past experiences

  Easy on and off I89. Their lobby is nice and has a fireplace going. Breakfast was above average and has the necessities. Rooms are small and a bit outdated, but functional. Beds are a little soft/saggy. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that’s indoors but enclosed in glass which was nice. There’s a cool reading room area if that’s your thing. Fitness center is bigger than most but no free weights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is next door to Ben & Jerry’s factory, and 10-15 mins from Alchemist brewery. Great location to head to Stowe or downtown Waterbury. It’s more of a commuter hotel or short stay hotel as opposed to a place to stay if you’re on a vacation. While I can’t picture bringing kids here, they do have a playscape and swing set. I stayed on business and will definitely stay again.

  Stayed for five nights this ski season. Ended up showing up a night early and was warmly welcomed at 1230am. Great location to ski Stow, breakfast was good, and we enjoyed having the hot tub and air hockey table. Front desk staff was fantastic and I have conversations with several of them. Only suggestion is to avoid rooms close to the pool RE the smell. We switched and it was no problem.

  I was very surprised with how pleasant my stay at this hotel was. Having grown up in the area I know the age of this place and had low expectations. They did a beautiful job at updating this hotel. Very quite, clean and comfortable. The breakfast variety was also very impressive especially at the low cost compared to others in the area. There is an odd smell to the rooms, some kind of cleaner I assume. I just left a window open the 1st day and it was fine.
