  Such a comfortable bed and kind staff - this hotel felt safe, quiet, and well-kept. Beautiful trees around, and a nice Keurig hot chocolate/coffee machine when you enter!

  The room itself was awesome! The front desk staff are super kind. We asked for a quiet section where we wouldn’t be disturbed too much by foot traffic etc and were accommodated.. Unfortunately, The guests in the rooms next to us kept knocking on/slamming doors , talking loudly in the hallway (maybe drunk?) at 1am! (They were a big group spread across a few rooms) I understand it is a hotel but 1am and being awakened multiple times past midnight has left me restless with a migraine ! Front desk said quiet hours are from 10pm but guess some guests missed the memo. The room/ breakfast and stuff were great but this experience was a damper. As a paying guest I was not happy with this experience. The hassle and the lack of sleep makes it not worth the money paid.

  Let's get this out of the way right up top: My room stunk. I don't mean it sucked, I mean it smelled like dead flowers and unwashed butts. ALL WEEK. I was there for nine nights and every time I went in the room it took a couple minutes to get used to THAT SMELL. It really is the only downside to the BWPlus Windjammer, which is otherwise a great place to stay, especially for an extended period. The staff is AMAZING, especially Sean and Kylie at the front desk. Loved being able to make tea in the lobby, watch one of the Stanley Cup games there, and thanks for the cookies every day! Easy to do laundry, though not cheap. If my room hadn't smelled so bad, it would have been a perfect stay. I hope somebody addresses the stench.

  Easy to book the hospital stay rate on-line for a visit to UV Medical Center. 24 hour shuttle to hospital is a god-send. Lovely restaurant on grounds.

  Comical... For being a rewards member lowest price they can give is equal to what I would pay for a Suite with a living room anywhere else.. The rooms are comparable to a motel if that. What a joke! Really glad I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, I can only imagine.
