  I thought safe lite came to you. They didn't. Which is OK but I wasn't prepared with a ride so I had to walk home. They asked me to upgrade my wipers I said yes! Then they didn't have the size wipers my car took. So a little disappointed. However, customer service was good. And they were fast only took 2.5hours. Thanks.

  Tesla Model Y: I asked before replacement if their glass met OEM standards. I was assured by Safelite that it would. From the day I picked it up, 15 days ago, I knew that wasn't true. They left residue all over the windshield I had to clean. Even after cleaning, the auto-wipers weren't functioning correctly. The would attempt to "clean" the windshield randomly on bright clear days, nothing to clean. At a body shop for unrelated work, they assured me it was the quality of glass Safelite uses. They'd had that problem before. Yesterday, the in-cabin camera quit working. Now FSD doesn't work. This was a sudden failure within 2 weeks of Safelite repair. Coincidence? Do you believe in that kind of coincidence? This form asks me to describe the price paid. Great? Reasonable? Overpriced? Not Sure? We'll see how they respond with the warranty.

  Went in today not knowing if I could get my windshield repaired or if I would need total replacement. Chelsea at the front desk was on top of her customer service. Turns out a repair was possible.. I wouldn't have known any better if they told me I needed full replacement. I do appreciate the fact that I could have been taken advantage of and I was not. We also had my windshield wipers replaced. Everybody I dealt with at this location was awesome. Special shout-out to Chelsea for going above and beyond. Thank you much much appreciated.

  I took my 2019 Volvo XC40 in for windshield replacement July 7. After picking up the car we noticed they had applied so much adhesive on the driver side that there was a line of adhesive about a 1/4' x 5 in inside along the A-Pillar. We also noticed wind noise. So I took it back in and the technician tried to clean it up but told me he scratched the windshield in the process and would need to replace it. So July 22 I took it BACK in for a new windshield. A few days later I noticed that there were adhesive marks on the paint on the passenger side A -Pillar. I went to the carwash and got them off. As I do every time I go I open the hood to wipe down the engine surfaces. As i did I noticed low and behold it was missing fasteners for the windshield cowling and a wiper cap missing. I went and spoke to the manager and he said he would order the missing parts. Then I went to use my rain sensing wipers the other day and they showed an error and did not work. So either they damaged the sensor or the calibration was done incorrectly. My money is on them damaging the sensor. I've had multiple windshields put in by Safelite and never had such a poor experience. I may think twice and use a local company from now on. I'm currently waiting for a reply, we'll see.

  I had window glass replaced on my car door. All appeared to be fine, until I got home and realized the door wouldn’t open or lock from the inside. I took it to Toyota to find out Safelite had not reattached the cables within the door that connect to the handle and lock. Even though the repair was covered by my insurance, it was a huge hassle because both Safelite and Toyota are a significant distance from my home. I’m still waiting for the check from Safelite to reimburse the Toyota charge. Safelite does guarantee their work, but I would have much preferred it was done right the first time.
