  I would stay there again if it was cheaper than other hotels. These are old school motel rooms with exterior doors and a smaller footprint. The bathroom was nicely updated and the room was clean. Nice to park 10ft from your room door. Breakfast was better than average. I thought there was no microwave/fridge until I saw a review here. They are under the bathroom sink! They should have a sign on the cabinet door, because I don’t look for food prep and storage in the bathroom area.

  I want to sincerely thank the manager Melinda for her kindness and help during a very difficult situation. Melinda listened to my situation with compassion and went above and beyond to help me. She was understanding, professional, and genuinely caring during a stressful time. Her kindness made a huge difference, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance.   Horrible Shuttle and customer service. I utilized Best Western for “off airport“parking and i was left in the heat for over 40 minutes. I called constantly and spoke with a “Michelle” whom assured me the shuttle was on the way and or should be on premises (multiple times). I eventually was rudely told guests have been dropped off and she wasn’t sure what happened, no apologies and almost as though I inconvenienced them. Luckily a kind, Hampton Inn Suite shuttle saw me melting in the sun and offered to drop me off !!!

  King room smelled of smoke with some type of air freshener to cover it. Made worse when AC would cycle. Sons dou le room had no smell. Rooms are a bit tired but location was great after a 9 hour flight. Ample parking, staff very friendly. Free breakfast has everything you could need to start the day. Overall would use again.
