  I had some car trouble and had to stay overnight. The girl who checked me in was super friendly and nice she helped me find some food. The room was clean and I felt safe I was traveling alone and that’s important to me 😁

  Not pet friendly. No dogs allowed. Searches and booking can show this incorrectly. The kind staff helped us without issue.

  Many of the reviews mentioned poorly maintained hotel and unclean rooms, hallways and elevators. Only for the hotel to respond that's they "were sorry" about what the guest found. Really Best Western, you need to do better as those reviews were spot on. The elevators were filthy, and open trash bags with dried filth was found in front of the ice machine. The bed was comfortable, but after seeing all that filth, I wondered just how the room had been cleaned. It did appear surface cleaned, but needed a deep clean around the toilet and wallboards. The clerk was very nice and very helpful

  Stayed 3 nights, double queen. Found dark hair in breakfast eggs during my last day. Threw plate away and tried again, and got another hair. Gross. Lady on duty that was working breakfast room and refilling food was not wearing a net or similar. Reported to guy on reception and he didn’t take my name. Room was okay, didn’t like AC control on wall. It seemed to go off completely overnight. Bed was so so.

  This hotel was a last minute booking after my first one fell through for being dirty. Upon arrival I inspected the property before even checking in, and noticed the wall by the coffee machine was stained yellow with what appeared to be black mold growing. I opened the door to the pool and noticed the water was totally green. When I returned hours later to check in I was given my room key. Went up and noticed the bathtub was stained, and so were the sheets, blanket and matress. This was an even bigger problem as housekeeping does not work weekends, and I had only brought a spare sheet, no blankets and was definitely not about to lay on a dirty mattress. I went back down to the front desk and was given another key. Upon checking this room I noticed the sink was stained (which was not even in the bathroom by the way), the blankets and mattress were once again stained yellow and our sheets were ripped. Additionally, our desk chair was both stained brown at the top (and excuse my language but I couldn't frankly tell if it was paint from rubbing against the desk or shit stains) and growing black mold on the bottom seat portion. Lastly I noticed water damage on the ceiling, where the plumbing had clearing been leaking through. I once again went to the front desk and they told me they would refund me, but since I booked it through booking.com I would have to call them to have them reach out. I had an hour long battle before I finally got an email stating my refund was processed, but unfortunately I was out of money for hotels and my weekend trip for my birthday was cut significantly short, causing me to drive hours home the same day because the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking.
